[9AM] Family Day Out: Our Christian Heritage

A Heritage built on Faith, A Future built on Family

As part of #TTBisFive celebrations, let's explore and discover our nation’s Christian roots, and the legacy of faith that began with the first missionaries to reach our shores. Hear amazing stories and testimonies about the first converts in Singapore, and how they passed down their faith from generation to generation, to finally intersect with where we are today. Read more about this trail in our special feature on Salt&Light SG!

Led by an experienced researcher and guide, this specially designed walking trail will take participants from Bugis to Mount Sophia, then to the heart of the civic district. At the end of the trail, Elvin and Esther from The Treasure Box Singapore will also be on hand to conduct fun games and facilitate important reflections about every family’s place in God’s unfolding story in this land we call home.

For best listening and learning experience, each registered participant will receive an audio pack and earphones that they will use to hear what the guide is sharing. This way, you won’t have to worry about missing any information, even if you are 100m away! Of course, there are also many other items in your activity kit. YEAHH!

IMPORTANT!
As this programme is intended for families to not only learn more about Singapore’s Christian heritage, but also to bond and have a great time out together, please note that we will not accept registrations that are children-only. At the minimum, participants should register as parent-child pairs, although we encourage you to sign up and attend as a family.

ATTIRE
As the walking portion of the trail will take about 1.5 - 2 hours, do ensure that you are dressed appropriately (make sure you have comfortable walking shoes on!) You may also want to bring along an umbrella, in the event of rain (or very hot sun).

REGISTRATION
Simply choose the slot (9am or 9.30am) you would like to attend and follow the payment process. We would prefer PayNow and GrabPay. :)
Please indicate your family name (e.g. The Wong Family) in the remarks/note section, so that we can prepare your family certificate!

For most optimal experience, each trail is only open to 40 participants.
